Our services range from reactive or planned repairs and preventative measures through to complete new roofs. We have experienced qualified staff who can ofer the highest standards of roofing on both flat, felt or asphalt roofs, as well as pitched tile or slate roofs. We can also offer all types of general building work, plumbing, electrical, plastering as well as painting and decorating. We are also able to erect our own scaffolds with netting and alarms if required.

GRC Maintenance is a family run business specialising in roofing and general property maintenance in the South East of England since 1999. In 2002 the company became incorporated as a Limited Company. In the 10 years we have been established we have strived to build our reputation for quality service. We use fully trained operatives and the highest quality materials to ensure we deliver the highest possible standards to our clients. We provide comprehensive, professional and reliable maintenance support to many Local Authorities and Housing Associations. We provide a comprehensive roofing and maintenance service to include call outs on many Schools, Police buildings and Civic properties including 24 hour emergency call outs and dangerous structure assistance.

In addition we have many corporate clients and also offer the same serices to the general public on a job by job basis.

We are a listed Constructionline company - the UK register of pre-qualified construction services.   Quality Policy We are committed to maintain the highest possible standards of work to our clients. We have quality management systems in place and have been approved to the BS EN-ISO 9001:2000 standard. Our quality policy is available for your perusal upon request.

NHF Schedule

We are used to charging using the NFS schedule of rates so can offer seamless invoicing that should not affect your current way of paying your contractors.

Health and Safety

We understand the importance of Health and Safety and have invested many thousands of pounds to ensure our operatives are fully trained on the "working at height" regulations. They are also fully conversant with COSHH assessments, Risk Assessments and Method Statements meaning that every single job we do is assessed prior to any work being completed.

All of our operatives use full PPE (personal protective equipment) to include High Visibility clothing, steel toe boots, hard hats, gloves, goggles, safety harnesses, fall arrest equipment and anything else that is needed to complete the job as safely as possible.

We are also experienced in asbestos removal.

CHAS and Construction line

We are currently going through the checks required to register for CHAS (Contractors Health and Safety) and Construction line. This is a process we see as essential to show our credentials as a Health and Safety conscious contractor.

Environmental Awareness

At GRC Maintenance we care for the environment. All of our vehicles are licensed to carry rubbish. We aim to use recycleable products wherever possible. We also ensure that all rubbish and waster products are disposed of correctly and safely. In doing this we hope to help in providing a better future by protecting the environment.

Staff and contractors

We aim to ensure that all of our staff or contractors working on our behalf are well trained to do the best possible job. We also ensure that they carry GRC identification with their full name, photograph, and staff ID. This ensures that out clients and their tenants can be certain who is knocking on their door.
